How do I book a shoot?
Simply send me a message linked through my contact page on my website, or email me directly at carleebphotography.com. In my contact form it will direct you through a few questions detailing what session you would like to go with along with some contact information so I can get in touch with you. Once you submit an email, I will be in contact as soon as I can. Generally looking at my emails in the later afternoon/evening. If you send a message over the weekend I will be in touch on Monday. All sessions and information can be found under Session Info if you would like to deep dive into what packages I offer.
What payment methods are available?
Currently accepting Credit Card, e-transfers to carleebphotography@gmail.com, or cash. All transactions will receive an invoice where you will be directed to pay and can choose the option that suits you the best. Payment plan can be arrange upon request
Do you have a list of location options?
I have a ton of spots around the valley depending on what your preference is. Whether that is the beach, a vista, the mountains, a park, or your home I got you! If you have a suggestion or live in a certain area that you would like to use I would be delighted to capture beautiful images there.
Do you travel?
I'm always down for an epic adventure! Travel and accommodation, plus session fee, is what is required.
What is your turnaround time?
Generally speaking I send out previews around 2 weeks. This is a soft proof gallery where you get to choose your favourite images. Once you have finalized your choices, I provide a digital download linking you to your gallery.
How many images will I receive?
You will receive a preview gallery of the best images from your session (100+ images) from those images you will get to pick your favourite images from there.
Where are you based?
Based in the Okanagan, with scheduled travel to Calgary and Vancouver.
What will we wear?
Generally speaking earth tones, such as, browns, beiges, greens, blues, corals/terracotta colors, blended with texture such as a jacket, hat, or patterns photograph really well. If that is totally not you or your family go simple and neutral. You wont go wrong either way. Dressing according will help your images have a cohesive feel, they will photograph well and make your images pop.
Are there any extra costs?
No extra cost! What you see in my package outline is what you get. Each package has an amount of images you get to choose from the preview gallery that I deliver to you via private online gallery. If you wish to add additional images it costs $30+gst. If you wish to purchase the entire gallery $255+gst
